Questions About Course Enrollment

Are you currently in a Reach More partnership or need assistance with your mission training account? Find help for all your course enrollment needs.

How do I find my Leader Pulse?

Your Leader Pulse is located in your “Ministry Toolbox” folder which can be accessed through your EC Partner Dashboard.

I am a point person, how do I register for Reach More?

Your consultant will email you registration instructions. If you haven’t received them, contact your consultant or the help desk at helpdesk@evangelicalcatholic.org to request them.

I am a training group participant, how do I register for my Mission Training account?

An EC employee will email you dashboard registration instructions. If you haven’t received them, contact your consultant or the help desk at helpdesk@evangelicalcatholic.org to request them.

What do I do if I have not received a password reset email?

You will receive a password reset email moments after you submit a request for a password reset IF the email you are using is registered with us. If the email you are using is not registered with us, you will NOT receive a password reset email and should “register” your email by clicking the gray buttton. Where do I access the Bi-Annual Roadmap (BAR)?

Find a link to the BAR located at the top of your EC Partner Dashboard.

I am participating in a Reach More Mission Training group with my parish or campus ministry. How do I log into my account?

You will need a code from your point person to register. Once you have your code, visit myreachmore.com and click “Get Started Now” to register. Enter your parish code by clicking the link that says “Have a coupon?” The code will make your Mission Training Account free. You should not pay anything for your account.

Questions about Book or Materials Orders

Have you purchased any of our printed materials and need a question answered? Find answers about our published books and materials here.

How do I track my book order?

In order to receive tracking information you must use your email address at check out. You can access a link to your order status in the email confirmation you receive after placing your order.

I have not received a confirmation and receipt for my book order. How do I know if I successfully placed my order?

In order to receive a confirmation and receipt you must enter an email address when you place your order. If you have not received an email confirmation, please call this number: 608-820-1288. If you ordered using only your phone number, the system will text you a receipt.

What can I expect for shipping speed?

Shipping speed depends on the type of shipping you choose at check out. In most cases, orders are processed within 2 business days. You can expect to receive your shipment 2 days plus your chosen shipping speed from your order date (e.g. Media mail, which has a 2-8 day shipping speed, would get you your books in 4-10 business days).

What is media mail, how does it affect my order?

Media mail is a specific shipping rate through USPS for items such as books and media. This is an economical way to ship items, but it can sometimes be a slower shipping speed compared to other options. Please plan for 10-14 days to receive your items when selecting Media Mail.

How do I place a bulk order?

How do I request tax exempt status on my purchase?

Contact books@evangelicalcatholic.org directly. We process tax exempt orders via this email. We must enter any tax exempt information into their customer data BEFORE they check out. We are not able to refund taxes.

Which previous EC resources are currently unavailable?

Currently the small group guides Signs and Wonders and The Way are not available for purchase. We hope to update them and put them back in the EC Store in the next year.

Why is the shipping and handling amount not listed with my order?

Nextstep cards, 1% Challenge Materials, and Toward and Apostolic Age booklet are fulfillment by our print partner called Ideal Printing. Ideal Printing will communicate the shipping and handling fee in the email confirmation after the order is completed.

What taxes can I expect to pay on my order?

Our store does not collect taxes from most states. That being said, there are certain states that require it. We must enter any tax exempt information into their customer data BEFORE they check out. We are not able to refund taxes.

The checkout system is defaulting to my personal account information. Why is this happening and what can I do about it?

The EC store is powered by Shopify. If you have previously used Shopify for purchases elsewhere on the internet you may have saved your information using the Shop Pay feature. Double check the billing and shipping addresses and update them if necessary. Visit the Shop Help Center for more information.

What should I do if I need help with an Amazon order for the EC materials?

If you need assistance with an Amazon order, contact Amazon or the third-party book distributor directly. Many of our EC books have been picked by by third party sellers or are being sold sendhand by used book sellers. Unfortunately, unless the order was placed on Amazon to be fulfilled directly from the EC’s Amazon storefront, we are not able to resolve issues for the order placed.
