There are plenty of resources and programs available for priests; what’s needed is support and accompaniment. With Reach More, our team brings over 25 years of experience to walk alongside you in live video coaching calls. Reach More combines proven online learning and customized coaching to navigate the needs and challenges of evangelization particular to your community.
First and foremost, Reach More requires the pastor and parish leaders to invest time in parishioners, leading them through formation and the initial stages of growth of their personal apostolates. The early weeks of coaching help your team develop this capacity by giving both staff and volunteers the tools to be effective formators.
Reach More Mission Training includes group and one-on-one components: Twelve weekly group sessions of 90-120 minutes per week, and six personal discipleship conversations with a facilitator over the training period.
In addition, those in training commit to growth in prayer and mission through at least 15 minutes of personal prayer every day and occasional at-home assignments.
